HPC Bikes, known for its high-performance electric bikes, has outdone itself with the new Revolution XX. With a top speed of 70+ MPH, this is the fastest bike they’ve ever produced. And not only that, but the operator can physically pedal along at that speed thanks to a Schlumpf High-Speed Drive. I need to preface the following article because only 20 of these bikes will be made, so get in on the action early!

What Makes the Revolution XX So Fast? The Revolution XX’s top speed is mainly due to its motor. It’s a brushless DC motor that produces 5,000 watts of power and 120 Newton meters of torque. That’s enough power to propel the bike up to 70+ MPH. Note the included windscreen to squeak out every bit of speed possible while cutting down on the wind drag.

But what’s even more impressive is that the operator can physically pedal along at those speeds thanks to the Schlumpf High-Speed Drive. This custom-made piece has a 38T/95T equivalent planetary geared chainring that allows the operator to pedal comfortably at high speeds.

Additional Features In addition to its impressively dangerous speed, the Revolution XX also comes with a few other features that make it stand out from other electric bikes on the market. For one, it has regenerative braking that quickly charges the battery while slowing down the bike. And if green energy is important to you, then you’ll be happy to know that this bike is almost entirely made of recycled materials.

The battery promises a range of 100 miles depending on how hard you push this machine. I would imagine traveling at 70mph would significantly reduce the effective range.

Conclusion: The Revolution XX is HPC’s fastest electric bike yet — and it’s not just fast, it’s also eco-friendly and easy to operate. If you’re looking for an electric bike that can keep up with your need for speed, this is the one for you. You can expect to pay $20,000 for this piece of machinery. This is no small amount, with an expected lead time of 8 weeks before delivery. But hurry! Only 20 of these bikes will be made.
